Leat Cottage is available on a weekly basis, rented out from Friday to Friday.
We would advise that arrival is after 4pm on the first Friday and ask that departure is by 10am of the final
Friday of your stay.
Terms & conditions for hire of Leat Cottage
We will hold your provisional phone or email booking for 7 days, during which time a deposit of £150 and the completed
booking form must be received to secure the booking. We will send a receipt to you as soon as payment has cleared.
The full balance payment for your holiday is due 28 days before the arrival date. If the holiday is being booked
within 28 days of arrival the full payment will be required on booking.
We can only accept payment by cheque or postal order.
All payments are non - refundable. You are advised to take out your own insurance to protect yourself if you need
to cancel.
We the owners are not liable for any loss or damage to any persons or their property during your stay.
We would respectfully ask that you leave the property in the condition that you find it in on arrival. Whilst reasonable
wear and tear and small breakages are acceptable, if there is any excessive damage to the property the principle member of
the party named on the booking form will be held resposible.
